2022 Australia Day
What a fantastic day of bowls to celebrate Australia Day 2022.
With a full house of 56 players all eager to be in the winners circle, there was sure to be plenty of action. Play was accompanied by copious laughter and back slapping. There was also more than the occasional bewilderment or curse at the arbitrary response from the green as bowls would straighten (or swing) before missing the target. Such a challenging surface!
Of course, a well run day like today does not just happen. It is the efforts of the Men’s Bowls Committee and Match Committee that make these tournaments a success. Thanks guys for your time and effort.
